Let’s Get Britain Fit!

The Green Goddess’ workouts were a staple of my school mornings, I can still remember my mam doing her morning exercises as I yawned into my coco-pops. I had heard a little while ago that Diana Moran is still in great shape and still helping others to keep in fit. I always smile when I hear her talk, as her voice always reminds me of those childhood mornings.

When I heard on the news that ‘the Green Goddess rises again to help the over 70’s’ once more just the mention of her name brought a smile back into my life’ .She is a lady fuelled by hope and positivity, exactly what is needed at this moment in time.
